 Proposed Bills affecting Mobile/Manufactured Homes

LegislationThe 2009 legislative sesion began officially on January 5th.  Only a handful of bills have been introduced on any subject.  Of the new bills, two impact manufactured housing.  SB 23 and SB X1 7:  You can read the proposed bills by going to the forum and click legislation.  If you wish to have a copy of the proposed bills, go to DownLoads and click on ligislation and click on the bill you wish to download.  Stayed tuned and we will be explaining how these bills will affect you.
